Vacuactiv is an innovative vacuum treadmill that combines gentle movement with vacuum technology, infrared heat, collagen light, ozone, and aromatherapy to create a comfortable and enjoyable wellness experience.
During the session, you simply walk inside a temperature-controlled cabin while the settings are individually adjusted to your comfort and fitness level. Running is not required, making Vacuactiv suitable for a wide range of clients.

Personalized for You
Every session is tailored to your needs. Walking speed, cabin temperature, and vacuum intensity can all be adjusted for a comfortable experience.
For optimal results, we generally recommend 2–5 sessions per week, depending on your goals and lifestyle.
Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes, with longer sessions available when appropriate.
What to Wear
Shorts are recommended to maximize comfort during the session, although leggings or comfortable sportswear are also suitable.
Stay Hydrated
Because exercise and heat increase perspiration, we recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day to support normal hydration.
Track Your Progress
Body measurements and body composition analysis can be performed every 8 sessions to help monitor your personal progress.
