Emfit-Pro is an advanced body-contouring and muscle-stimulation device designed to support regional body shaping, muscle toning, and fat reduction. With FDA and CE certifications, Emfit-Pro is developed to meet high standards of safety, performance, and effectiveness.

Using HIFEM — High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic — technology, Emfit-Pro stimulates deep muscle contractions through electromagnetic energy. This mechanism, also known as the “Hit-Pull-Release” system, activates the muscles without requiring active exercise from the client. These intensive passive contractions help support muscle strengthening, improve blood circulation, stimulate metabolic activity, and contribute to calorie burning.

Each Emfit-Pro session lasts approximately 30 minutes and can be applied to different areas of the body, including the abdomen, hips, arms, inner thighs, outer thighs, and lower legs. The treatment is personalized according to the client’s goals, body structure, and suitability.

For optimal results, two sessions per week are recommended. A structured four-week program may support visible improvements in regional toning, muscle definition, and body contour. Results may vary depending on individual factors such as metabolism, age, gender, lifestyle, nutrition, and overall body composition.

To maximize the benefits of Emfit-Pro, clients are encouraged to maintain a balanced nutrition plan and adequate hydration throughout the process. Proper nutrition and sufficient water intake help support metabolism, recovery, and overall treatment results. Without a balanced lifestyle, progress may occur more gradually.

For client comfort and effectiveness, sessions are recommended after approximately two hours of fasting. Depending on the client’s physical condition and fitness level, Emfit-Pro may also be combined with Vacuactiv vacuum treadmill sessions on the same day to support enhanced body-shaping results.

With regular sessions and a healthy lifestyle, Emfit-Pro may help increase muscle tone and support regional fat reduction. Consistent use may contribute to improved muscle definition, firmer body contours, and a more sculpted appearance over time.

Visible changes are often observed after several sessions, with many clients noticing improvement after approximately four sessions. The effects may continue for several months, depending on the client’s lifestyle, metabolism, and maintenance routine. Additional sessions may be recommended to preserve and enhance long-term results.

Safety and Suitability

Emfit-Pro is designed with safety in mind; however, it may not be suitable for everyone. Clients with specific medical conditions should consult their physician before beginning sessions.

Emfit-Pro is not recommended for:

• Breastfeeding mothers
• Individuals with pacemakers
• Individuals with metal implants in the treatment area
• Organ transplant recipients
• Individuals diagnosed with diabetes
• Individuals diagnosed with hyperthyroidism

Breastfeeding mothers are advised not to undergo Emfit-Pro sessions, as muscle stimulation may increase lactic acid production, which can affect the taste of breast milk.

Before starting Emfit-Pro, each client should be evaluated individually to ensure the most suitable, safe, and effective treatment plan.
